Originally published with a retail price of AU$20,000 in an intended edition of 2000 copies (!) with a second volume planned. I think it is fair to call this massive tome (it weights 26.6 kilograms in its wooden mailing crate) a folly. Not surprisingly very few copies of volume one were produced and volume two was never published. Freight will most definitely be extra.
