This volume of TERRALOG is a presentation of the venomous snakes of Asia. It portrays about 165 taxa and forms of the families Elapidae and Viperdae, and covers a geographical range from Pakistan to China and Japan to Indonesia. Besides species that are illustrated in colour photographs for the first time, this volume also contains photographs of a variety of undescribed forms. Latest taxonomic information on the systematics of the Tropidolaemus wagleri-complex is provided.
