London: H F & G Witherby, 1936. Quarto, 24 (of 41) handcoloured and 6 (of 16) photographic plates. Binder's cloth, uncut, a fine copy.
A so-called "Doris Eddy" Supplement. Doris Eddy ran Sewards, a long-established Melbourne Bookshop. At the end of World War Two she purchased the remaining stock of the 1936 Supplement from Gregory Mathews. All copies from this purchase are textually complete but lack some plates. They are usually bound in a characteristic green morocco-grained cloth. Complete 1936 Supplements are rare.
