The publishers however feel that the fine series of plates executed by Mr Gronvold for the work will posses sufficient value to the subscribers to merit their publication without any further text than is to be found in vol. 1. already issued. A first series of 19 plates is therefore offered herewith. A further series, including also the missing nos. in the present series, are already printed or on the stones and it is expected will be ready very shortly. Only 200 sets of each part will be issued.
