How To Order
Finding a book is easy and ordering it is simple!Search using our SEARCH/BROWSE or ADVANCED SEARCH engines and find any book or list of books. For more information on our search engines it might pay to have a quick read of How to search.
Once in a stock record you can continue searching on author or keywords. If you wish to purchase please use our SHOPPING CART, which is intuitive and completely secure. When adding items to your shopping cart a SHOPPING LIST appears in the left-hand panel with a summary of the items in your cart. The list includes a running total and allows you to quickly and easily edit your cart.
How to use Shopping List:
1. Search for the book/s you wish to purchase
2. Click on the Add to Cart icon
3. A Shopping List will now appear in the left-hand panel and the book will be in the list
4. Repeat for any further books you wish to order
5. To add multiple copies of a book click on Edit List and edit the Quantity column next to the relevant book and then return to the search page
EXPRESS CHECKOUT
When you are ready to checkout you can use our regular checkout, which takes you to the full shopping cart, or, once registered, you can select EXPRESS CHECKOUT. Express checkout is designed for regular customers who register their standard mailing address and payment details with us. Registered customers are then no longer required to enter this information each time they place a shopping cart order. We issue you with a CUSTOMER ID that you enter, together with your email address, when you place the express order.
How to register for Express Checkout:
** If you have purchased from us in the past and we have your current mailing address and credit card details on file just contact us by email and we will issue you with a CUSTOMER ID.
OR
** If you have not purchased from us before or the details we have are out-of-date, place your next order via our regular checkout. We will then issue you with a CUSTOMER ID.
How to use Express Checkout:
1. Add the book/s you wish to order to your Shopping List as outlined above.
2. When you are ready to checkout select EXPRESS CHECKOUT
3. Enter your CUSTOMER ID, email address and any comments (“send to work address not home address”, etc).
4. Select your postage from the list and then send your express order.
Your order will then be processed by an Andrew Isles staff member, using the mailing and payment details registered with us, within three working days.
PLEASE NOTE: To use our express ordering service you must keep your mailing address and credit card details up-to-date. All customer details are stored in a secure, password protected, electronic database. We use a range of electronic and physical security processes to protect the confidentiality and security of our customers' personal information and we will never disclose any customer's information (including email address) to any third party.
Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and currency conversion is available in shopping cart. Prices are updated regularly through contact with publishers and other sources. Customers will be notified of any significant price increase due to publisher price change or currency fluctuation.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and AMEX. Please quote the full card number and expiry date. We also accept cheques in Australian dollars, US dollars and Pounds Sterling. You can also contact us if you wish to Direct Debit to our account. Postage is extra.
The shopping cart has a table of freight rates for within Australia and around the world. Naturally you can also order by fax, letter, email or phone, or you can visit our shop. Gift Vouchers are also available on request.
