1. FREIGHT COSTS

Question: If I purchased stock item 12874, a fungi field guide by Tony Young ($8), how much would the postage/freight to Brisbane be?
Answer: Our freight costs can be found under FREIGHT in the ABOUT US section on our web page header.

2. PURCHASING A GIFT VOUCHER

Question: Do you have the facility to offer gift vouchers?
Answer: Gift vouchers are available for any amount. If you wish to include a message with your gift voucher, please include the wording when you place your order. After you place your order we will issue a gift voucher with a unique number, allowing the recipient to redeem the voucher when ordering via our website, email, phone, fax or in person. An attractive hardcopy gift voucher will also be issued.

3. REDEEMING A GIFT VOUCHER

Question: I have a gift voucher but I live in Warrnambool and cannot make it to you store. How can i go about using it?
Answer: Each gift voucher we issue has a unique number, allowing the recipient to redeem the voucher when ordering via our website, email, phone, fax or in person. Just mention the number on the gift voucher and your name at the time you place your order.

Question: Do you accept money orders from Australia Post? Also what is your address?
Answer: We do accept money orders. Our address can be found at CONTACT US. We also accept the following credit cards: Visa, Amex, Mastercard and Bankcard; Cheque; or Direct deposit into our account.

Answer: Advanced Search is the best place to do refined searches like this. It is designed to assist the searcher to find titles of specific interest using multiple keywords. A multiple keyword search is designed to be concise and will provide a relatively small number of titles from which to consider. Using the various search bars on our Advanced Search page select the following: keyword Australia in the REGION search bar; then select Field guides in the BOOK TYPE search bar; then select Birds of Prey in the KEYWORD search bar.
